What is your warranty and after-sales support?
We provide a stable warranty service: non-artificial quality issues within the warranty period are covered by free repair, replacement or technical support. Our dedicated team offers remote troubleshooting, installation guidance, Q&A support and project follow-up, as well as long-term replenishment, model upgrades and new product coordination.
Can you handle international shipping and export procedures?
Yes. We are familiar with the export standards, labeling regulations and customs documentation of various countries, and we adapt our packaging for sea, air and express shipping. We provide packing lists, tracking numbers and shipping details, and follow up on logistics until safe, on-time delivery to your designated destination.
What packaging options do you provide?
We support both standard and customized packaging, including neutral white boxes, color boxes, neutral outer cartons, LOGO customization, label printing and anti-static packaging. Export orders are reinforced-packaged to foreign trade standards — moisture-proof, shock-proof, pressure-proof and collision-proof — with clear shipping marks, specifications, quantities and batch information.
What is your MOQ and typical lead time?
MOQ and lead time vary by product type and order quantity, and are confirmed clearly in our quotation. Thanks to our in-house capacity and standardized production scheduling, we keep peak-season lead times controllable and avoid order delays.
How do you ensure consistent product quality?
We implement full-process quality control: incoming material inspection, in-process patrol inspection, finished aging tests, illuminance & color temperature testing, waterproof & insulation testing and appearance screening. Every shipped product undergoes a 100% powered aging test, with sampling full-item inspection, and we support client or third-party inspection with a quality checklist.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample service is available for new clients, customized orders and large export orders. We develop samples quickly, run photometric testing, appearance inspection and parameter calibration, then ship them for your confirmation. Once approved, the sample is officially sealed as the unified standard for mass production and inspection.
Do you support customization?
Absolutely. We offer flexible customization of product parameters, appearance, packaging, laser LOGO and engineering solutions. For customized orders, we confirm structure, specifications, wiring and installation details with you before production to ensure full alignment.
Do your products meet international standards?
Yes. All products are CE certified and RoHS compliant, and a selection of products is compliant with SAA, UKCA, BSCI, UL, FCC, DLC and Energy Star. We can provide the relevant certificates and compliance documentation for your target market.
