1. Consultation & Requirement Confirmation

Clients submit their requirements through our official website, email, online platforms, phone, etc., including luminaire model, wattage, color temperature, IP rating, quantity, application scenario, customization requirements, delivery lead time and target budget. Our professional sales and technical team responds promptly, offering product selection recommendations, lighting solutions and compliance standard guidance based on the project scenario. We clarify product parameters, certification requirements, packaging standards and order details to avoid any information discrepancies.

2. Solution & Quotation · Detail Confirmation

For both standard stock orders and customized projects, we issue a formal, itemized quotation based on specifications, materials, workmanship, laser LOGO engraving, packaging methods, export standards and other details. For customized products, we confirm the structure, appearance, parameters, wiring, installation methods and special requirements in parallel. All terms are transparent with no hidden fees, and we support Chinese/English quotations, proforma invoices and contract negotiation.

3. Sample Development · Sealed Sample Confirmation

Sample services are available for new clients, customized orders and large export orders. Samples are developed quickly according to client requirements, followed by photometric testing, appearance inspection and parameter calibration before being shipped for client confirmation. Once the sample is approved, both parties officially seal the sample, which serves as the unified standard for mass production, quality acceptance and inspection judgment to ensure consistency between mass-produced goods and the approved sample.

4. Contract Signing · Production Scheduling

After both parties confirm pricing, delivery time, quality standards, packaging requirements and after-sales terms, a formal purchase and sales contract is signed. The factory schedules production by order priority. From raw material procurement, mold making, SMT (surface mount technology) assembly, and assembly to aging test and finished product formation, the entire process is standardized, strictly complying with industry and export standards to ensure stable capacity and controllable delivery times.

5. Full-Process Quality Control · Factory Inspection

Multiple quality inspections are performed throughout production: incoming material inspection, in-process patrol inspection, finished product aging test, illuminance & color temperature testing, waterproof & insulation testing, and appearance defect screening. All shipped products undergo 100% powered aging tests and sampling full-item inspection, eliminating issues such as flicker, color deviation, dead bulbs, poor contact and shell damage. We support client self-inspection or third-party inspection and issue shipping quality inspection checklists.

6. Customized Packaging · Safe Delivery

We support both standard factory packaging and customized packaging, including neutral white boxes, color boxes, neutral outer cartons, LOGO customization, label printing and anti-static packaging. Export orders are reinforced-packaged strictly to foreign trade standards — moisture-proof, shock-proof, pressure-proof and collision-proof — with clear shipping marks, specifications, quantities and batch information. Our packaging is suitable for sea, air and express shipping, ensuring on-time delivery.

7. Logistics & Shipping · Full-Track Follow-up

Once the order is completed and verified, we arrange shipment and provide packing lists, tracking numbers and shipping details. We track the logistics status throughout the journey and keep you updated on delivery progress. For overseas orders and remote-area deliveries, we verify local delivery rules and costs in advance to ensure safe, on-time arrival at the designated destination.

8. After-Sales Support · Long-Term Service

We provide a stable warranty service. During the warranty period, non-artificial quality issues are covered by free repair, replacement or technical support.
